At Care Curated, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not satisfied, we're here to help you through the return and refund process.
Returns
If you need to return a product, you can do so within 30 days of receiving your order. Please note that the product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging to be eligible for a return.
If the return is due to our mistake, such as a defective or incorrect product, we'll cover the return shipping costs. If the return is not our fault, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
To initiate a return, please email us at support@carecurated.com with your order number and preferably a photo of the product you received. We'll verify the information and let you know if you're eligible for a return. If approved, we'll send you a return sheet via email, you can then print and fill it before ship it back.
Refunds
Once we receive the returned product, we'll inspect it to ensure it meets our return policy criteria. If approved, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method within 3 business days after we receive the return package. Your payment will be credited to the original form of payment on which the purchase was made. Refunds may take up to 10 business days, depending on your credit card company. If you don't receive your refund in 10 business days, please email us.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, please email us at support@carecurated.com within 24 hours after you placed your order. Once your order has been shipped, we can no longer cancel it.
